Redeeming your gift certificate is simple.

When will the gift
certificate expire?
Gift certificates expire
60 days after they are
issued.
What if my order total is
less than the value of my gift certificate?
If you don't use your entire balance we'll
save the remaining balance so you can use it towards future purchases.
Rainbows and Promises will keep your gift certificate valid until your gift
certificate expires on the expiration date issued.
You will be
charged for shipping for each order unless the entire order was over $100.00
and you qualified for free shipping.
What if my order total is
more than the value of my gift certificate?
If your order total exceeds your gift
certificate balance, then you will be prompted for credit card information
or check to pay the difference.
Can I exchange my gift
certificate for cash?
Sorry. Gift certificates are not redeemable
for cash or refund. Gift Certificates may only be used towards the
